These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services that Lange Lab Support  
(hereinafter referred to as the "provider") provides to its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "customer").    
Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Services The provider offers flexible support services for laboratory work, especially in the field of sample processing, cleaning and sterilization of laboratory materials, as well as support activities in the field of microbiological and chemical analyses. 
The specific scope of the service is agreed individually in writing.
  
Conclusion of a contract  

A contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer from the provider and the provider has send back a written order confirmation to the customer.  

Rates and Fees  

The minimum order duration to be paid is 4 hours. 

Standard rate 

€50 net per hour (excluding VAT). From 8 hours per day +25% surcharge. 

Surcharges for weekends and holidays 

On Saturdays, there is a surcharge of 25% per hour. 

On Sundays and public holidays, a surcharge of 100% per hour applies. 

Travel expenses 

For journeys with my own vehicle, a kilometre allowance of 0.40 euros per kilometre will be charged. 
The calculation is made from the head office of Lange Lab Support in Noordwijk to the place of duty and back. Any tolls or parking fees will be charged extra. 

Invoicing and payment 

Invoicing is done per assignment if no other agreement has been concluded. 

Payment term is 14 days after invoice date. In the event of non-payment, the provider is entitled to claim default interest in the amount of 10.0% / year.  

Safety at work 

The customer ensures that the legal regulations for accident prevention and occupational health and safety (Arbowet) are complied with in his laboratory. 
Safety shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses are provided by the provider itself. The customer will make the prescribed work clothing available to the provider during the work assignment.  

Liability  

The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the usually foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.  

Confidentiality  

The provider undertakes to treat all information obtained in the course of its activity as confidential and will not pass it on to third parties. 
 
Data protection  

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details can be found in the privacy policy on the provider's website.  

Termination  

The agreement can be terminated by either party with a notice period of at least 1 day, unless otherwise agreed. The services already provided up to then will be invoiced and must be remunerated.
  
Final provisions  

Dutch law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
